Job Summary

Lucayan Technology Solutions is seeking a Mid-Level Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Analyst to support Special Operations Command Central (SOCCENT) in Tampa, FL. The SIGINT Analyst will provide advanced all-source and signals analysis, develop intelligence reports, and deliver actionable insights to support operational planning and mission success. This role requires recent operational experience in the CENTCOM area of responsibility (AOR) and expertise with SIGINT tools, databases, and structured analytic techniques.


Key Responsibilities
 
  • Conduct complex SIGINT analysis using multiple datasets, analytic tools, and repositories.
  • Characterize target networks and develop exploitation methods.
  • Apply geo-location techniques and direction-finding methods in support of intelligence reports.
  • Fuse SIGINT with other intelligence disciplines to create comprehensive assessments.
  • Conduct Collateral Damage Estimation (CDE) and support target development.
  • Evaluate target opportunities using all-source data to support exploitation and operations planning.
  • Analyze SIGINT and cybersecurity data across multiple OSI layers, including logical and physical IP core infrastructure.
  • Prepare and present intelligence briefings and written products to senior leaders.
  • Provide recommendations for collection strategies, new methods, and analytic technologies.

Work Environment
 
  • Onsite position in Tampa, FL supporting SOCCENT.
  • Mission-critical environment with direct support to U.S. defense operations.

Required Qualifications
 
  • Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
  • Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Homeland Security, Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • 8+ years of SIGINT intelligence experience.
    • 4+ years supporting Special Operations.
    • CENTCOM AOR operational experience within the last 5 years.
    • Completion of Military Service SIGINT Analysis Basic Course or IC equivalent.
    • Proficiency with TDNA, DNEA, DNI/DNR analysis.
    • Strong briefing and communication skills.

Required Certifications
 
  • Military Service SIGINT Analysis Basic Course (or Intelligence Community equivalent).

Preferred Qualifications
 
  • Demonstrated expertise in Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) and Digital Network Exploitation (DNEA).
  • Strong understanding of network traffic flows, IP infrastructure, and core communication devices.
  • Prior SOCCENT or CCMD experience highly desirable.
